Acro Yoga is a practice that blends the wisdom of yoga, the power of acrobatics, and the therapeutic benefits of massage. Working with partners, you will develop body awareness, strength, balance, and flexibility. This workshop will introduce you to the basic elements of Acro Yoga which include flying, basing and spotting. We will learn inversions, acrobatic flows, and share healing touch.
Acro Yoga workshops consist of a Vinyasa warm up and partner stretching followed by guided technique instruction and partner play. Accessible for all levels. No partner necessary.
